About our speaker  

Mary Lou Pozzo is a retired librarian and writer who has done extensive research into the lives of early women pioneers. She has authored two books on the subject and is currently serving as a docent at the Autry Museum, Bolton Hall Museum and is working on various projects with Little Landers Historical Society. She has received the Pioneer Women Award from Los Angeles City Commission on the Status of Women 2006 and the Woman of the Year Award in 1998 and 2007 by the Business & Professional Women's Club of Tujunga.
